HOW TO MEASURE

Torso Measurement

Take the torso measurement from the centre of the shoulder, down the torso, through legs, and

back to the shoulder. This is the most important measurement you will take when measuring for leotards.

Chest Measurement

First, measure the chest of the athlete while their arms are down at their sides. Be sure to take the

measurement at the fullest part of the chest. Your measuring tape should always be parallel to the floor while taking the measurement.

Waist Measurement

When measuring the waist, wrap the tape at the natural waistline which is the narrowest part of the waist. If you are having trouble locating the natural waist, have the athlete bend to the side. The natural waist is where the body bends. Again, the measuring tape should always be parallel to the floor while taking the measurement

Replacement Gems

Coach Shelley has kindly offered to provide a gem replacement service for the Girls Virtue gymnasts leotards.

The following costs will apply:

Up to 5 gems £3.00

Up to 10 gems £4.00

Over 10 gems £5.00

If you would like to have any gems replaced on your daughters leotard please email Shelley@virtuegymnastics.co.uk

Please note the leotard must be clearly labelled with gymnast’s full name and contact number along with with the day and time your daughter trains. Please included full payment in cash in a named envelope.
