Drop in pay as you go
Classes are unstructured however they will begin with a structured warm up and end with a structured cool down. During the session participants will be able to express their gymnastics in a very free and individual manner. They will choose what they wish to focus on that lesson and use the equipment and set ups how they see fit. Our trained and skilled coaches will be on hand to provide feedback where required and they will ensure the environment remains safe, positive and most of all FUN. Our drop in classes are all about freedom and encouraging participants to gain confidence, self-discipline and motivation.
